More foodservice operations have extended their hours, with some now open for business 24 hours. When you're committed to serving your customers throughout the night, you need a company that is just as committed to supporting its equipment.
A.J. Antunes & Co. has recently launched an interactive online training module. This module will be used to train our global network of service technicians on how to properly troubleshoot and repair some of our equipment. Online training enables us to reach a larger audience in a shorter period of time that we cannot achieve with conventional training.
In addition A.J. Antunes & Co. has technical support representatives available 24 hours a day to provide troubleshooting for all ROUNDUP® brand equipment.
Our current business hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm central standard time (CST). As of February 1st, we have a technical support team member on call after hours.
If you need technical support after 4:30pm CST and the unit is under warranty, there will be no charge for the call.
If you need technical support after 4:30pm CST and the unit is no longer under warranty, there will be a $30 per hour charge. The minimum charge will be 1 hour per call. After the initial hour, time will be rounded to the half hour. Again, this only applies to units that are out of warranty and if it is after 4:30 pm CST.
To determine if a unit is under warranty, you must provide technical support with the serial number of the unit. (Please make sure you have the serial number before calling technical support.) The first four digits of the AJA serial number represent the month and year the unit was manufactured. For example, 1101xxxx means that the unit was manufactured in January 2011.
