My name is Mark McBee, and I am a QSR Owner/Operator with 13 restaurants in the Boston region. Four years ago, I was having a huge issue with my water filters and my Multiplex beverage system. I was continually changing filters due to excessive replacements and rising maintenance and repair costs for recirculating pump replacements.

I started to investigate my history of the dollar amount invested in my fountain beverage drinks. Once I came up with the dollar amount, I was astounded as to how much I spent the previous 12 months. I had purchased 196 Everpure cartridges at a cost of more than $9,500. Additionally, I replaced five circular motors and pumps at an average replacement cost of $400.

I reached out to my local beverage service provider and asked him about my options. It was then I was made aware of the VZN ultrafiltration system. I made the decision to try one of these units, and much to my surprise, in my first year of operation, I had ZERO maintenance issues with the system.

To date, I have replaced all of my restaurants with the VZN ultrafiltration system, and I couldn't be happier. I have not replaced any filters this year. I haven't replaced any circular motors either. If I had to do this over again, I would do the same thing, and I highly recommend this to anybody.
